We urge you to take advantage of our Extended Warranty Service to help you taking care of your products problem after the 30-day expired. How do I return defective items?
If an item is shipped to you, and you find that the item is dead on arrival (DOA), or if the product fails within 30 days of leaving NeutronUSA.com's warehouse, you are covered under NeutronUSA.com's 30-day guarantee against defects (for complete details on the terms of the guarantee, please see our Terms and Conditions. If the parts are found to be defective, you will be shipped a replacement part via UPS Ground Trac. If the parts aren't defective, you will be assessed a testing fee for the time that NeutronUSA.com technicians explore the problem with your product. And please be careful installing your own parts! NeutronUSA.com cannot be held liable in the event that you break your part trying to install it.
